Charolais breed

Today, Charolais is known as the best cattle breed when it comes to beef and veal. We use Charolais meat for all our juicy steaks*.

Charolais originates from the central French highlands and is a very old breed of cattle. It came to Denmark in 1959. Today, Charolais is very popular when high-quality beef and veal are to be produced.

The French Charolais is white and muscular. The meat is well marbled, juicy, tender and tasty.
